Delivery Information
To ensure that we can offer a select customized range of products to all individual museum customers, several of our products are dispatched from multiple suppliers. Thus in the case of any multiple product orders, individual products may arrive separately or on different days. In any such instance, YOU will be notified separately and only ever be changed a single one-time delivery charge from the schedule below, that will serve to cover all products ordered.
We always ensure that delivery options for each relevant product category can be found here, so please be sure to check this before finalizing your order.
The delivery & postal services offered are summarized below; although “Tracked” & “Express Tracked” may not be available for some products, as it may take longer for us to make, prepare & forward certain items.
ALL ORDERS WITH A AGGREGATE VALUE in EXCESS of £100.00 WILL BE DELIVERED “FREE of CHARGE”.
REGARDING ANY ITEMS COMING/DELIVERED FROM THE EU DUE TO NEW POST JANUARY 2021 REGULATIONS:
IN THE EVENT OF ANY DUTIES or IMPORT CHARGES INCURRED BY A CUSTOMER and DUE PAYABLE at POINT of DELIVERY (to THE DELIVERING COMPANY, ACTING AS H.M.R.C. AGENT), SUCH MONIES WILL BE IMMEDIATELY REFUNDED OR RE-CREDITED BACK TO THE CUSTOMER BY MUSEUMSUPPLYCO UPON FORWARDING A COPY OF ANY H.M.R.C. GENERATED RECEIPTS.

Returns
Due to the personalized nature of all our products, MuseumSupplyCo is unable to offer refunds or accept returns/exchanges on any personalized products, unless the product item received is damaged or defective; or, if there has been an error on MuseumSupplyCo’s behalf.
MuseumSupplyCo provides customers with various opportunities to check and confirm all personalized and inputted information – Please check your order on-screen and the confirmation email carefully as we cannot refund products which have been uploaded and thereafter confirmed “incorrectly”.
Returned item(s) must be returned in the condition in which you received it within 28 days of delivery.
Due to the individual nature of such personalized items/products, these clearly cannot be re-sold.
MuseumSupplyCo’s cannot accept returns if having paid & ‘checked out’ you subsequently have a change of mind or decide to cancel an earlier order.
First call us – Thereafter any ‘returns’ should be forwarded to: MUSSUPCO Returns, 301 Rosden House, 372 Old Street, London EC1V9AU.
In all cases the customer is responsible for returning items/products to MuseumSupplyCo and the company cannot be held accountable for returned items which go missing during transit unless customers use a Recorded/Signed for delivery service.
Cancellations
For most items, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 working days of receiving the goods. However, this does not apply to any personalized items/products which MuseumSupplyCo has made or customized specifically for your organization.
If you wish to cancel an order you must inform us prior to the order being processed and dispatched. Cancellations can only be accepted on personalized products if work on your individual order has not already commenced.
Because of fast turnaround times, customers are advised that production for some personalized products can begin immediately or typically within twelve hours.
Customers wishing to cancel an order should contact us by phone in the first instance.
